So I'm not an easy customer because I have high standards... I get several references, ask a lot of questions, and stretch to achieve audacious goals.

When I did the background on Rita Leverett and her work, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with what I heard.

Yet in working with her she was able to set up, organize and build on our Salesforce platform to give us the tools to follow-up our clients and donors in a way that would have been impossible without her. Rita showed us how to use Salesforce Mobile, helped our marketing efforts by setting up integrations with ClickFunnels and Typeform, and made follow-ups easier when she set up Gmail to Salesforce.

I think of her as a resource not only for Salesforce "best practices," but how to automate our sales funnel and payments into Salesforce, so it's not a manual process. She has earned the reputation as being a MacGyver to find and implement low cost solutions that have optimized our Salesforce platform.

Haiti-Now

It is my honor to write with gratitude this recommendation for Rita Leverett.

Haiti Now has started using Salesforce in 2011. Over the years I have worked with 80+ Salesforce certified professionals.

We have a high standard when reviewing potential Salesforce partners.

Rita is without a doubt the best developer and administrator I have worked with. Given our peculiar needs, I have always demanded very difficult solutions to be implemented, most times we have pioneered our solutions because nothing was affordable in the market.

Rita is very meticulous and diligent and her work delivers perfection. In addition to her technical skills, she brings sharp critical thinking and the ability to execute independently. Her ability to see the vision and design solutions is a powerful asset for any project. Her work has meaningfully contributed to the overall data strategy of Haiti Now.

Some of Rita's work includes the creation of Visualforce pages with Apex custom controllers for Force.com site, wrote HTML to allow use of site on webpage, the creation of Apex test classes to achieve the required code coverage for deployment to production, wrote a controller for each Visualforce page to be used for public-facing reports on our website, wrote Apex unit tests for each Apex controller and built HTML email templates. Rita possesses excellent Salesforce development and administrator skills, as well as good management and multitasking skills.

Some other important tools Rita used to achieve results are the following:

• DataLoader - Used to load records for Book Bank Inventory, Book Recipient, Book Distribution, Student GPA, and Student Scores in the Public Facing sandbox to facilitate testing of Apex classes used for the Visualforce pages.

• Report building - Built various reports and charts to show data for Recipients and Book Bank Inventory.

• Force.com site configuration and security - set up the Public Reports profile on the "reports" Force.com site using the Site Guest User license, allowing access to public-facing reports on the Haiti-Now website.

These projects improved our use of Salesforce to better collect and report data documenting our work for the recipients. As CEO, I have been impressed by these contributions. Such accomplishments and work would make Rita a valuable asset to any organization.
